Yoga
The ancient practice of Yoga is believed to have started with the very dawn of civilization; it has its origin thousands of years ago, long before the first religions or belief systems were born. Yoga focuses on bringing harmony to the mind and body through physical poses, deep breathing, and relaxation. It’s an art and science of healthy living that our modern, fast-paced world desperately needs. The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to unite.” Although a regular yoga practice can promote endurance and strength, the overall goal of the practice is to develop an awareness of your inner world and unite you with yourself. Beyond the physical postures in class, themes of spirituality are often discussed to help you bring the principles off the mat into your everyday life.
Reiki
Reiki, an Eastern energy healing technique, promotes relaxation, reduces stress & anxiety, and brings on a meditative state through the use of gentle touch. It's used all over the world, including hospitals and cancer centers, to complement other forms of medical and therapeutic treatments. Reiki practitioners act as a channel to deliver energy to areas of your body that are experiencing some kind of energetic imbalance or pain/injury. Common ailments that Reiki helps to treat include but aren’t limited to: digestive issues, insomnia, chronic pain, fatigue, restlessness, grief, anxiety, and depression to name a few.
Weekly Schedule
In class with Corinne, you’ll be invited into an inclusive space where you will be challenged physically but will be encouraged to have fun and not take yourself too seriously. Ritual Vibes Yoga
Foxboro, MA
October 31st marks the celebration of Halloween, where treats and costumes fill our homes. It also marks the eve of Samhain ("sah-win"), an ancient Gaelic festival that welcomes in the harvest and the darker half of the year, sitting between the Autumnal Equinox and the Winter Solstice. It's said that during this time of year, the "veil" grows thin between the physical and spirit worlds, making it a powerful time for ritual work, manifestation, and connecting to those we’ve lost.
In this workshop, we’ll celebrate this magical time of year with a yoga practice that focuses on bringing you into your body, as well as a group tarot card pull to manifest and set intentions. There will be an area in the center of the studio to serve as a visual focus, so please bring something special with you that represents the fall season to place there. Each attendant will leave with a specialty herbal blend and a unique gemstone to take home and cast spells with!
